We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly and carefully as possible while handling a wide range of limited inventory, consignment products, independently sourced items, and exclusive releases.

By placing an order through YVXNG, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

However, due to:

  • High order volume
  • Limited-release drops
  • Consignment inventory coordination
  • In-store traffic
  • Holidays and weekends
  • Small team operations

Some orders may take up to 5–7 business days to process before shipment.

Processing times are separate from shipping carrier delivery times.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take time to update after label creation.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • or other available carriers

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Lost transit scans
  • Service interruptions
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Circumstances outside of our control


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, YVXNG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Double-check shipping information before checkout
  • Ship to secure locations
  • Monitor tracking updates closely

For higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We may not be able to modify the order after processing
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Delivery delays may occur

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping payment before reshipment.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Consignment & Limited Inventory Orders

Because many items sold through YVXNG are:

  • One-of-one pieces
  • Consignment inventory
  • Vintage garments
  • Limited-release products
  • Fast-moving inventory

Occasional delays may occur while inventory is verified, packaged, or coordinated for shipment.

If a significant delay occurs, customers may be contacted directly.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates may vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • Additional international carrier charges

YVXNG is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
